I know first hand how lonely it feels when you have help, but still can’t find the freedom to do the things you enjoy in your business. I’ve built a very successful company for the last 28 years, but no matter the monetary success I still felt trapped. Once I built a team-led company and “fired” myself (replaced myself), that’s when I was able to lead with vision, create growth strategies, and hire a coach to help me build a company culture which attracted better employees! Fire Yourself and Find Freedom is my passion project. Eventually becoming a non-profit to fund start ups. For now, I just want to help other women in business have support and get answers.
