The Academy is a not-for-profit, independent school in Dubbo, NSW. We are: - Co-educational - Non-denominational - Partnered with local community - A 21st Century Skills School - Not-for-profit - Founded by local residents - Years 1-10 in 2022 - adding 11-12 in 2023 through 2024 Our Philosophy: - Teach a future-orientated curriculum so students are armed for tomorrow not today (or yesterday) - Cater for motivated learners through creativity, collaboration, critical thinking, communication and problem seeking and solving - Engage in Design Thinking and develop students’ ability to design and create solutions to real world issues and problems - Sustainability - through responsible recycling, “nude food” programs and imparting knowledge of our impact on our environment
