The recent COVID-19 pandemic has brought a deceleration and increased uncertainty in the job market which made us pivot our business model from software sales to software services. We at TestGrid acknowledge and respect the struggle of all the hard-working women and mothers who try to help and support their families. With all gratitude, we wish to give back to society and create an opportunity to grow together as a community. Using our extensive, easy to use test automation tools, we would like to put women back to work. We hire and train women with basic technical skills on our tools and help them pursue automation testing jobs. Our Goals - 1.
