TERNA ENERGY S.A., develops, constructs, owns and operates renewable energy projects in Europe and North America. TERNA ENERGY purchased Mountain Air in the development phase, completed development with the original developer and successfully arranged and closed on the construction financing, tax equity financing, and hybrid institutional & commercial long term debt financing on the facility.
