Overview

Teliatry is a fast-growing startup aimed at disrupting the medical device industry. We are an ISO 13485:2016 and ISO 9001: 2015 certified medical device manufacturer that designs, develops and manufactures next generation minimally invasive, implantable medical device systems for the neuromodulation, deep brain stimulation, drug delivery, sensing, and multiparameter medical systems global market. Teliatry was founded by members of two pioneers in biomedical device R&D: the Texas Biomedical Device Center (TXBDC) and Zyvex Labs. The company that has emerged from the combined talent and technology of these organizations is revolutionizing biomedical device manufacturing with highly miniaturized and sophisticated class III implants built with 21st century, scalable manufacturing techniques. We have developed a platform technology which we provide as a contract biomedical device manufacturer for biomedical device companies that need minimally invasive, injectable, or highly miniaturized implant systems. Our initial device is a wireless neurostimulator system developed for vagus nerve stimulation. It is implantable with minimally invasive surgery, has an embedded programmable CPU, has undergone extensive biocompatibility and animal studies and is 30X smaller than products in the market today. The system currently has FDA approval for three different early feasibility studies. We have a well-established supply chain for our manufacturing approach that is wafer scale, automated and highly scalable to large volumes, dramatically lowering the cost, while improving the capabilities and reliability over existing manufacturing approaches. The cost per implant system will permit animal studies with the same device that can be taken into human clinical trials saving time and money. This adaptable platform technology is being developed by our experienced and talented design team for an ever-expanding range of uses. Contact us to see what we can do for your therapeutics.
