Teletrade Service Center (TSC) has been an integral part of Teletrade Holding's oldest subsidiary, Teletrade Computer Systems (TCS) since the early beginnings in 1993, but it wasn't until 2011 that it became an indepedent business unit. Throughout the years, the service center has managed to meet the required standards of operation and services, as set by some of the largest multinational vendors such as HP, Acer, and Cyberoam, and has hence acquired the authorization to service their products in Lebanon, as part of a very few elite companies who have the privilege of receiving such accreditation. The company is currently operated by over 60 employees who share the vision of excellence in service, and strive hard to keep TSC positioned as the leading IT service center in Lebanon. Last but not least, the company acquired the ISO 9001 certification in 2005 and has since, maintained a complaint management system to the highest international quality standards.
