Overview

Telecentar is a non-governmental, non-profit organisation established in 2005 as a coordination centre for the regional network of NGOs from Croatia, Serbia, Macedonia and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Telecentar implements education and training programmes, media and information literacy projects, research and development of occupational standards, qualification standards and curricula, film and video production, web design and consulting services. Telecentar's vision is creation of a non-profit brand of high-quality lifelong learning programmes, multimedia and consulting services. Telecentar's mission is promotion of lifelong learning as a developmental tool for all the citizens. The main goal is development of competencies needed by all the citizens in order to actively participate in a knowledge society. Since 2009 Telecentar is a member of the Telecentre-Europe AISBL and since 2014 Telecentar coordinates development of the national coalition for digital jobs called Digital Agenda for Creative Croatia.
