We work with businesses to create a cost effective health and wellbeing offering for their staff which is data driven and value packed. We have developed The Ecosystem which includes our wellbeing engagement service and app Platinum Wellbeing, A Health Cash Plan and Consultancy. This brings together the pillars of support we believe every business needs. 📲 A tool that engages, assesses and supports 💰 A Cash Plan which provides protection and access to private healthcare 🧑💻 Consultancy which delivers on strategic development, training and education. The Ecosystem starts from just £5 per employee per month. Our process is entirely proactive. We assess through the app with no operational disruption, provide opportunities to individuals to gain support and give the business insight into it's areas of need. From there we can use cash plans to facilitate individual private health needs, and our consultancy hours to facilitate those key areas of need for the business. Every quarter we reassess through Platinum Wellbeing, and this process repeats so that your business can see a gradual improvement in its insights and health scores.
