Overview

I have over 20 years experience in coaching, teaching and mentoring teens. Having worked with hundreds of students and families through my private practice and within the arts community, I know what support teens need. I am a qualified Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a graduate of the teen coaching program with Teen Wisdom Inc., with a specialization in Mindfulness Mastery. For 21 years I have worked as an arts teacher in schools and camps across Ontario. From 2014-2018 I was the program director and department head for the Randolph College Kids Program. I was responsible for the creation, delivery, and design of the programs, teacher development, student and parent support/safety, the youth assistant program, and policies around anti-bullying and language practices. I was also involved with Future Possibilities as a volunteer coach, supporting underprivileged students in Toronto towards their goals. I have been studying coaching for over 10 years. Having personally experienced the hugely positive impact coaching has had on my life as an adult, I created Teen Coach Canada to support teens in developing the key life skills and perspectives needed to carry them forward in life.
