The Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor represents one of the most exciting growth opportunities in the East of England. The Tech Corridor is home to world-leading universities, research institutes and science parks, complemented by an ecosystem of knowledge-intensive businesses and networks to support innovation through to commercialisation and manufacturing. Combined with high quality of life and unconstrained, affordable space to grow, the Tech Corridor is the perfect place for businesses, people and investors to grow and thrive. The Tech Corridor initiative is a public-private partnership set up to drive clean, efficient, technology-based economic activity across a wide geography encompassing the counties of Norfolk, Suffolk and Cambridgeshire. The initiative joins up the strengths and assets in the Corridor to promote and drive investment in to the region and support indigenous growth creating a cross-sector ecosystem of businesses to drive collaboration, technology convergence and strong regional supply chains. The Cambridge Norwich Tech Corridor has the potential to be home to an additional 26,000 additional jobs, 46,000 people and create value of an additional £2.75bn to regional economy.
