Overview

Tea Pad is a nonprofit 501(c)(3) professional-level networking group for cannabis industry professionals with the mission to empower equitable participation in the cannabis industry through education and professional development. Tea Pad is particularly focused on advancing women and people of color in cannabis STEM. Tea Pad is challenging the industry to walk the talk of diversity and inclusion. Proceeds of all Tea Pad events support the Tea Pad Fellowship Program, providing a foundation in cannabis science and policy education with a paid internship.
