Team Sports 4 All assists families who are going through financial and/or social hardship. They are referred by community service organisations, schools and sporting clubs; we meet them in person to identify the sport the child is interested in. We then connect them with their local sporting club and integrate them into a team sport of their choice. We cover their registration fees and uniform costs but more importantly we give ongoing support via our team to encourage long term participation in community sport. Team Sport offers a level playing ground where it doesn’t matter where you come from or what your situation may be; it teaches children so many valuable life skills and we see first hand the positive impact sport can have on children and their families. We currently assist children aged 5-18 who reside in Bayside, Kingston, Glen Eira, Stonnington, Maroondah, Frankston, Port Phillip & Wyndham. We have big plans to expand across Melbourne in the next 4 years and are always invested in talking to like minded people who may be keen to start TS4A in their community.
