Overview

T-CZ company is the successor of the state enterprise TESLA, founded in 1919 in Pardubice, Czech Republic. The former state-owned company was focusing among others on radar technology and equipment development and on all kinds of electronic products. Since the West was prohibited, the target markets of TESLA were in the Eastern and Middle Europe – the countries of the former Warsaw Pact. After the revolution in 1989 and abrupt political changes throughout the whole eastern block a majority of the markets was lost and the gigantic state enterprise once employing thousands of employees collapsed. From the active radar sector and based on what good and prospective was left arose the successor – T-CZ. The T-CZ company still remains in Pardubice, where the core of knowledge and experience is, and the main focus of T-CZ is on radar and radio technology. T-CZ currently employs about 152 employees out of which approximately ¼ has a University degree and all have strong background in radar and radio technology. As a proof of quality and reliability of its products T-CZ was awarded: Certificate of Compliance with standards of ISO 9001 2000 Approval by Civil Aviation Authority of Czech Republic to research and develop aviation ground aids Certificate of Qualified Supplier of MOD CR by ÚřOSKSOJ MO ČR T-CZ participates in different international projects: Membership in Association of Aerospace Industry Cooperation in the frame of TIPS (The Transatlantic Solution for NATO AGS) Nowadays, T-CZ focuses mainly on: Research and Development of Radiolocation Research and Development of Wireless Communication Production and Maintenance of Radar Systems Production and Maintenance of Wireless Technology Electrotechnical production Engineering Production Components, Upgrades, Modernization Training
