The Taxation Laws Cell (TLC) is a research wing of the Centre for Business Laws and Taxation (CBLT) under the aegis of Rajiv Gandhi National University of Law, Punjab. The Cell focuses on producing tangible academic output with a research-oriented outlook. It aims to do so by collaborative efforts with leading practitioners, law firms, the government and other relevant stakeholders in the industry.
