Overview

Tanja Laub is a consultant and lecturer for digital communication with a focus on community management and the development of corporate platforms. She advises companies in all aspects of social media and community management: from the development of a strategy, user communication and engagement to necessary changes in the company process. Her clients include companies such as Mediengruppe RTL Deutschland, Munich Airport and Vodafone. In addition, Tanja Laub was chairwoman of the German Association of Community Management (BVCM), which is committed to the professionalization of the profession of Social Media and Community Manager.
