Overview

Welcome to Forest Mind. Many people think that forest bathing involves water but I promise it doesn’t! Forest bathing is an evidence based, therapeutic practice, which allows you to reconnect with nature. My Forest bathing sessions are two hours spent forests and woodland all around the country. Walking wise, we probably only cover about a mile of actual walking so not too much. The time is spent re-connecting yourself with nature through sensory led activities guided by me, along with poetry reading and reflection. It’s a really healing natural therapy which is gentle but very effective in allowing our minds to reconnect with nature.
