TAKSHEEL FOUNDATION is a non-profit organization that came into existence in 2009, in the loving memory of Taksheel Puravankara, whose untimely demise in the year 2008, at the tender age of 19 impelled his mother, Remila Puravankara to start this initiative. The organisation aims at guiding & supporting underprivileged children who aspire for a brighter future by providing them with educational and medical support that is geared towards improving their overall life and potential for growth. Taksheel foundation stands for instilling self-confidence, academic excellence and professional competence in children.
