Taiwan Africa International Service Association (TAISA) is the coordinator of our volunteer teams to Tanzania & Kenya. It was started by Fr. Jean-Pascal Lombart with the volunteers in 2008. Our task is to facilitate collaborations between Taiwanese volunteer teams or individuals, and local partners in Africa. We aim to empower people in Africa and in Taiwan to serve the needs for development through education, health services, etc.
