Overview

Our origins in real large-scale enterprise innovations is our warranty to link our strategies of ecosystems of innovation to real national economy development. We help develop an understanding of innovation, the traditional context in which it occurs and the challenges faced by companies trying to build innovation capabilities. We understand the importance to innovation of co-location in ecosystems, the nature of innovation and entrepreneurship capabilities, and the role of key stakeholders in those ecosystems, and we reflect on the roles corporations play as stakeholders in an innovation ecosystem, and explore their links to innovation-driving entrepreneur, university, venture capital, and government stakeholders. All this knowledge has helped us develop plans to build an organization's innovation strategy within the framework of an innovation ecosystem, from conceptualizing, designing and building incubators, innovation centers, technology parks, science and technology universities, innovation districts and smart cities.
