Synergy Physical Therapy is an outpatient physical therapy clinic with a results-focused hands-on functional mobility approach to improving clients lives. Located in Spanish Fork and serving clients from Provo to Payson, in the Advanced Wellness Center on Main St and The Athlete Development Center on Volunteer Dr. Physical Therapist, David Hunt, DPT, OCS and Robert Snow DPT, OCS, ATC are both board-certified in Orthopedic Physical Therapy and have extensive experience in dealing with sports, work and overuse injuries.
