SwitcheZ USA is "The World's 1ˢᵗ College Parking App". ~Think Uber for college parking ~ SwitcheZ is the solution to the never-solved problem of college students taking an average of 45 minutes to find parking on campus & connects students with their fellow colleagues in the process. SIMPLE PROCESS: A student who has just arrived to school selects a student who is ready to leave from a list. Once selected, the two students are paired together and share a Google Map where they can see each other's location. The arriving student will drive to the leaving student from wherever he/she is on campus and drives them back to their car in exchange for their parking spot. SECURE: + All accounts must be created with a valid school email. Our system checks this by verifying email address end in ".edu" and other valid email addresses. + Users share information to each other to confirm identity upon meeting: selfie, car picture, name, real-time Google Map location, and phone number. These help students ensure that they are getting in the car with the right colleague. + 24/7 support & Switches are monitored by SwitcheZ USA Team Members. Soon to be added: geo-fences: if a user leaves the radius of their college, a notification is sent to their phones telling them to turn back. If within 1 minute, the user is not back in radius, we inform the campus police. NETWORK: Students are able to meet other students in their school while helping each other out. This can create lifelong relationships, advice on classes, information about open jobs, hacks to college life, etc. The possibilities are endless. In a world where everyone is absorbed in their smartphones and laptops, it is hard to go up to someone new to start a friendly conversation. With SwitcheZ, that grey area is cleared up!
