In addition our warranty team can supply Latent Defects Insurance referred to as LDI policies or Structural Warranties from Self-Build projects to new housing developments including building control to simplify the entire process. Our construction team specialise in Contract Specific CAR and 6.5.1 insurance which will insure the ongoing works in joint names. Depending on the contract requirements this could be under option A, B or C of the JCT contract and our team are able to advise on your specific needs.
