Law Clerk to the Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of Rwanda. Responsible for researching law and drafting orders in French and English in assigned cases. Additional duties include acting in an advisory capacity regarding the Court's transition in implementing its 2009-2013 Strategic Plan.
