SUPERIORVET, INC. is a domestic corporation, which was chartered under the Philippine laws as registered with the Securities and Exchange Commission on September 24, 1992. It is primarily engaged in business as Manufacturer, Importer and Distributor of Veterinary Anti-biotics and Anti-parasitics, Vitamins and Minerals, Premixes as well as Water Soluble Powders, Performance Enhancers, Mycotoxin Binders, Pellet Binders, Vaccines, Anti-oxidants, Flavorings, Flavorings and Sweetener combinations, Anti-molds, Probiotic Yeast Enzyme combination, Liquid Minerals, Electrolytes, Chelated Minerals and Sow Milk Replacers. The company operates a manufacturing plant and warehouse in its own property located in Montalban, Rizal where most of its 150 line products are manufactured with various licenses obtained from the Bureau of Animal Industry, Department of Agriculture, Bureau of Food and Drugs as well as a business permit from the locality. Most of its products are likewise covered by a corresponding Product Registration Certificate as required by law. A total of about 50 personnel are involved in its operations aside from product representatives and authorized distributors who were appointed to cover the strategic areas in the Philippines. It is likewise the exclusive distributor in the Philippines of Neolait (France), Probyn International, Inc. (USA), Agrovet Market S.A. (Peru), AND Nutrition (Spain), Kepro B.V. (The Netherlands) Genova Biotech (India), Sunny Nutri (China), Huzhou Int’l. Trade Co. Ltd. (China) and Nisseiken Co., Ltd. (Japan). Its locally blended products are mostly made of imported materials sourced from exclusive Philippine distributors and indentors that were carefully selected to ensure production of quality veterinary products.
