Burnout is real in a 7 day a week business 7. Have a screening framework. You don't want ANY guest 8. Have the ability to change your lock code for EACH and every guest no matter what platform the book on 9. Perform resolution management 10. Utilize TRUST accounting. This is BIG! You don't want someone running off with your money!
