Suncity Real Estate Company is a subsidiary of African Infrastructure Development Company (“AIDC Developers”). It is a property and infrastructure development company, incorporated in Kenya with shareholders specialists in housing construction from the USA, South Africa and Kenya with the purpose of tapping into the Kenyan housing market in particular and in Africa as whole. Currently our core business is evolving around the development of affordable houses in Athi River and other parts of Nairobi County.
