Overview

I operate as a Leadership Coach and Mentor having spent the last 20+ years working in Financial Services operating across both finance and change teams as a qualified accountant and change leader. I understand the challenges of working in highly regulated and high-pressure environments where there is constant pressure to deliver both your own work and that of your team. I have worked in multiple teams and companies having operated as both a contractor and permanent employee which meant I became confident in flexing my approach. I gained a reputation of being the person that would be brought in to help develop both individuals and teams in a people centred approach whilst also delivering at a high standard. I believe that with the right leadership individuals and teams can achieve amazing results, far beyond what they thought were possible. My coaching style is supportive, insightful and provides challenge around the areas you may perceive as holding you back whilst supporting you to spotlight your strengths. I aim for you to grow your confidence in a way that fits in with who you are and how you want to be seen as a leader so you can feel confident in your abilities. I am an accredited performance coach, a trained NLP practitioner and I am able to work with people using DISC to help them better understand themselves and the way in which they interact with other people. I combine these skills to help managers better understand themselves so they can show up in a way that feels in line with who they are, whilst allowing them to show up confidently and gain the impact that they want to achieve. I am currently working with clients on a 121 basis.
