Studio41 is a private weight management clinic situated at the commercial hub of Dublin city centre, Fitzwilliam Place. We have created a comfortable and inviting atmosphere where you can work out in a discrete and private setting. Our philosophy is to train on a strictly one to one basis to maximise the use of your time and consequently your results. With this in mind, our precise time effective, 30-minute sessions are designed to give you maximum results. In addition to this your trainer will create a tailored meal plan based on your current body, desired goals and lifestyle. Our approach aligns to current best practise and the most up to date research and analysis.
