Our approach helps ensure that the balance between the event scope, cost, duration and frequency is optimised. The Team is a highly specialized in the preparation and execution of plant shutdowns. Our experience allows us to focuses on an integration of scoping, work preparation, material and procurement, scheduling, safety, risk assessment and work permits, shutdown and start-up, execution and quality.
