Overview

The Strategic Organization Design unit is a leading international research group in the area of strategy, organization design, and organization science. Our research agenda addresses important and interesting unsolved questions relating to organization design and adaptation, including the role of AI and new emergent technologies. We address these questions using a variety of methods, including computer simulations, laboratory experiments, mathematical analyses, as well as econometric and qualitative approaches. The members of our unit share a strong passion for research and a desire to work on groundbreaking ideas.
