Simon is also an occasional guest lecturer in Faculty of Architecture, Planning and Building , The University of Melbourne. Simon brings a personal and unique perspective on inner city living and emerging lifestyle trends from his past life in Hong Kong, Beijing, Brisbane, Sydney and currently Melbourne. He has a strong passion for property and is committed to pushing the envelop and finding unique opportunities for new projects in sought after locations.
