Stirling Advisory provides strategic advisory and consultancy services to the intelligence, defence, and national security communities, as well as Australian and international industry who are currently engaged, or want to engage, with these communities. Air Commodore Richard (Rick) Keir, AM, CSC (Retired) is the Director of Stirling Advisory and has over 35 years of leadership experience of, and deep subject matter expertise in, the Australian Defence Force, Department of Defence, National Intelligence Community, and Five-Eyes intelligence enterprises. Rick is a trusted executive and advisor, and a proven strategic leader and thought leader. He is also an acknowledged expert and pre-eminent advisor in the fields of intelligence; Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR); and, targeting and effects.
