Born from a lifelong genuine and deep passion for the game of rugby, and the belief that the success of the game now and in the future is entirely built around people and relationships, Steve has crafted a business and network that spans the globe, relentlessly searching to establish connections that improve the outcomes for players, clubs, teams and our game. Our work began sourcing players for New Zealand clubs and provincial teams, matching talent but more importantly attitude and aspiration with opportunity. Through the power of our global network and underpinned by relationships based on a love for the game, we now work across the globe, spanning continents and hemispheres, matching talent with opportunities and creating win-win solutions.
