Our philosophy is to conserve structure, provide a practical approach, through innovative and low intervention design solutions, maximising ease of buildability and cost-effectiveness for the client. In survey work, we review and advise, passing on our knowledge of varying structures, gained from our experience working on properties of all ages and differing materials. Our aim is to allow clients to better understand their property, providing options on how best to manage in the future, in many instances avoiding significant defects and resulting in costly future repairs. When Project Managing, we have an organised and friendly, yet professional approach, working collaboratively with other professionals and clients. We have extensive experience working with new build and refurbishment of existing properties, including enlargements, through to careful repair of existing historic buildings.
