Accelerate your learning in STEAM education. The STEAM Engine Academic vision is one in which we as a community and culture create a fun and engaging environment where people of all ages can become interested in STEAM (STEM) education and technologies. We want to inspire a new generation to take interest in STEAM (Science, Technology, Engineering, Art, & Mathematics). We want to make this area of study interesting, engaging, as well as stylish, sophisticated, and ultimately fun. There is, in fact, an art to science which is why we prefer STEAM rather than STEM. We want to inspire new minds to get outside into the world and take action. At STEAM Engine Academics we want to create confidence in young men and women. We want to inspire leadership roles, responsibility, ethics, and much more. We are here to create an awareness of the environment in order to help protect mother nature's amazing gifts and preserve those gifts for future generations to come. We are simply here to help change lives and develop young minds to go out and accomplish great things. We aim to do this by: ■ Providing formal tutoring and mentoring opportunities ■ Providing modular academic activities with a purpose for advancing STEAM (STEM) interests and education. ■ Working with fellow educators. ■ Working with local tech companies and organizations. ■ Providing interesting and engaging content. ■ Recommending certain products and activities that can help further development in STEAM (STEM) education. ■ And much more!
