I have 3 decades of experience as a leader in the IT-Finance industry. My passion for cross-cultural work as an International People Manager brought me to professional coaching. Today I challenge and inspire business leaders for growth and innovation, teams for deeper collaboration, and individuals for career performance and wellbeing. I coach in not-for-profit organizations to help graduates to transition to work, and to up-skill leadership capabilities in the environmental industry. I volunteer with my local community delivering group coaching to people from all walks of life. I am originally from Venice, Italy, bringing a culture of openness, creativity, and fun to my clients. I worked in more than 20 countries across Europe and Asia, always trying to balance the high demands of a professional career with my personal values.
