The State Patent Bureau of the Republic of Lithuania is the executive body of the Republic of Lithuania, State budgetary agency carrying out the state legal protection of industrial property (inventions, designs, trademarks and service marks, semiconductor product topographies). The State Patent Bureau is a member of European Union Intelectual Property Office (EUIPO) and European Patent Office (EPO).
