Stardue group was founded in 1988 by Lucia Mazzarolo as the Italian distributor for Alpinestars bicycles. In the years the group has evolved in the sports industry keeping its focus on bicycles and bike-related products. In present times Stardue group is the owner of the brands: Basso, Lee Cougan, Pogliaghi and Microtech. Through the product mix of the four brands, the company is able to offer every category of bicycles including related components and clothing. The focus and competitive advantage of Stardue group has always been in the vertical integration of its processes, mainly operated in the Italian territory; from engineering and design, from production to logistics.
