I am an established Virtual Assistant; running Star VA since 2002. Prior to starting my business I worked as a Personal Assistant in both Brisbane and the Gold Coast in both the commercial sectors. My clients include small and medium sized businesses, organisations and individuals. Star VA is an affordable and flexible resource that can save you time and money. I have clients who only need assistance once or twice a year and others who use my services every day. • Only pay for the hours worked • No office space or equipment to provide • No payroll, sick pay, holiday pay, maternity pay, agency fees etc • No minimum hire period Although I call myself a Virtual Assistant I take on a variety of roles tailored to each client's needs, for example, Personal Assistant, Administrator, Business Practice Manager, Marketing Assistant etc. Although the service is flexible, it isn't impersonal. Unlike hiring a temp, you (and your clients, if my role is customer facing) always deal with the same person; I build up a knowledge of your business and the way you work.
