Overview

St. John Ambulance is Canada’s largest and most trusted provider of life-saving courses. Established in Canada in 1883, St. John Ambulance is a United Nations-accredited international charity with 400,000 volunteers and staff that provide first aid, health care and community services in more than 40 countries. We issue over 555,000 certificates in first aid and CPR each year. We deliver first aid training to fit your requirements, whether in our training facilities, in your corporate location or online. We offer competitive pricing, nationally recognized training programs developed in accordance with international (ILCOR) guidelines and consistent quality experience. We offer the following courses at the majority of our training centres in Saskatchewan: Emergency First Aid, Occupational Health and Safety Standard First Aid/CPR/AED, Occupational Health and Safety First Aid/CPR/AED re-certification, Marine Basic First Aid, Marine Advanced First Aid, Wilderness First Aid I, Wilderness First Aid II, Medical First Responder I, Emergency Medical Responder (EMR), Personal Care Worker Course (PCW), Babysitting Basics, Home Alone Program and Pet First Aid. We now also offer the Food Safe Level # 1 course; which only available at the Moose Jaw Training Centre. St. John Ambulance also sells personal and workplace first aid kits, barrier devices, and Automated External Defibrillators (AED’s). Revenue generated from our training programs support our community programs such as our medical first responder services for public events and our Therapy Dog program which provides friendly, therapeutic visitations for those in need.
