Splendid Medien AG is top-tier, fully integrated media group established over 40 years ago, mainly operating in German-speaking areas of Europe and the Benelux countries. Andreas R. Klein, the Chairman of the Board of Management of Splendid Medien AG, has been a producer and co-producer on a number of films, including TRAFFIC, the four-time Oscar-winning thriller from Steven Soderbergh starring Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones and, with Meg Ryan; as well as the award-winning crime drama GANGS OF NEW YORK, directed by Martin Scorsese. Splendid distributes and markets films and entertainment programs for film, home entertainment and television, produces TV programs and theatrical features and performs a wide range of services for the film and television industry. The shares of Splendid Medien AG have been listed since 1999 and are traded in the General Standard of the Frankfurt Stock Exchange
