From an installer of commercial and industrial air conditioning systems, we have evolved into a full service construction and maintenance provider for heating, ventilation, and cooling solutions. In addition to project managing installations for our own government and industry clients, SAM also teams with some of Australia’s largest mechanical engineering consultants to provide highly specialist air systems for major projects. Our approach on all work – large and small – is the same. We pride ourselves on delivering quality results every time for every client, and we achieve this by our high level of professionalism in every area of our business. SAM’s large team of engineers and technicians are skilled in key areas such as design, estimation, project management and drafting. We have electricians, refrigeration mechanics, duct-work installers and our own Green Star accredited professionals trained in the latest sustainable mechanical systems. All our technical staff have current police checks as well as other associated clearances required for working within the education, aged care & defense sectors. SAM partners the suppliers of all major brands which allows us to select the most appropriate equipment for particular projects based on technical and budgetary requirements. Specialist Air Management is a member of the Air Conditioning and Mechanical Contractors' Association of Australia (AMCA), the peak industry body exclusively dedicated to the air conditioning and mechanical services industry.
