Overview

"The Society of Petroleum Engineers (SPE) is the largest individual member organization serving managers, engineers, scientists and other professionals worldwide in the upstream segment of the oil and gas industry" (www.spe.org) The RWTH Aachen University SPE Student Chapter is part of the German Section SPE and aims to enable communication between students of E&P related sciences and industry professionals. Furthermore, we intent to provide a sound foundation for networking between fellow students and other chapters all over the world to build a strong community. Our Student Chapter has approx. 100 student members. We offer field trips, company visits, workshops, company presentations, technical talks, etc.
