With 24 years HR experience across a range of industries including Retail, Recruitment, Oil & Gas and Industrial Services Clare has recently made the decision to continue her career journey running her own Consultancy business. Clare is passionate about helping others, doing whats right and making sure everyone is treated fairly. If there is a problem to solve Clare doesn't give up and finds a way; Clare is realistic, down-to-earth and honest; Clare can adapt her style to the situation but doesn't pretend to be someone she is not; Clare works hard, is loyal and does what she says that she will; Clare tries hard not to overcomplicate anything she is working on. Outside work Clare's family are her world and they love exploring the world making amazing memories. Clare regularly volunteers with local Dance and Performing Arts Schools and is a big supporter of the local primary school where she is Chair of the PTA and fundraising team. Clare loves to sing and can often be found on the karaoke on a night out
