SpainBelgium is the Spanish subsidiary in creation of the consultancy company YQ Purchasing mainly active on the Spanish and Belgian market. We have three main business activities: 1. We do business development between Spanish and Belgian companies. We support you in your discussions and/or negotiations with customers, distributors and suppliers located in Spain or Belgium and neighboring countries. We do this in close collaboration with our customers or independently whatever the preference of the customer is. We take care of those follow-up activities you cannot carry out due to lack of language skills or cultural knowledge, lack of time or lack of resources. We do the last mile to the business deal closure and convert all business talks into factual business deals. 2. We carry out cost optimization initiatives at our client base. We are specialized in realizing Cost optimizations at small and medium sized companies as well as big multinationals. We managed to achieve cost optimizations ranging between -4% and -40% on our client overall spend basis. 3. We also coach individuals that want to improve their negotiation skills, tactics and strategies versus their counter parties (whether these are suppliers, customers, distributors or others) achieving much better negotiation results by enlarging the negotiation options.
