On a mission to diversify voices of influence in HR and work tech, SocialMicole partners will HR companies and Influencers on a variety of marketing projects and programs. These programs are launched from SocialMicole.com, which sees roughly 30,000 web views each year from HR professionals and vendors all over the world. Our email list includes over 750 contacts, and our emails average 37% open rates and 10% click through rates. The Most Inclusive HR Influencer List is a crowd-sourced, nominations-based Influencer List highlighting the leaders making a difference on and offline. The list features over 250 HR, Talent, D&I professionals, leaders, analysts, and technologists from 17 countries across 6 continents. It is or has been sponsored by UKG, GoCo, Humareso, and Ultimate Software. We host the monthly #HRforAll Twitter chat that talks about how to improve HR and the future of work. Founded in 2020, the chat runs the second Tuesday of every month from 1 to 2pm EST and is co-hosted by Cory Kapner, the VP of Sales at Recruitics. The chat averages 300 tweets per chat, and the chat's first sponsor is Goco! In addition, we host an HR Influencer Community, which includes over 100 HR Influencers who come to talk about HR, Influencer Marketing, and diversity topics. Finally, we partner with clients on a variety of Influencer strategy and outreach campaigns, content marketing, and social media marketing projects.
