SMART ORGANICS LLC - A NJ Limited Liability Company formed to produce and distribute SMART UNITS. SMART Organics Fertilizer Production Units convert food/organic waste into all‐natural, organic fertilizers by using naturally occurring heat loving bacteria which rapidly digest, pasteurize and convert food waste into fertilizer in an in vessel aerobic setting. The technology has been proven in successful operation for over 10 years. The "concept" that makes Smart Organics LLC unique is its ability to "scale down" the technology. Smart Organics LLC builds and sells scalable, modular food/organic-waste-to-fertilizer plants, tailored to customer needs. SMART Organics LLC has received a signed contract for the sale of 10 SMART Units to the World Sports Alliance (WSA). Financing and lesser details are being resolved. Each SMART Unit is capable of digesting up to 35 tons of waste per day. The WSA is one of 33 Independent Governmental Organization's (IGO) identified by the United Nations. The membership of the WSA is 27 countries with a population in excess of 400 million citizens. The WSA is headquartered in NYC. The Conversion Process is based on “Aerobic Digestion” (AD). Once the prepared feedstock is heated to a certain temperature, it selfgenerates additional heat, rising to very high, pathogen-destroying temperature. Bacteria added to the feedstock consume vast amounts of oxygen converting the food waste to a rich blend of nutrients and single cell proteins.
