Smart Catering Málaga has been founded by the young basque chef Harri Archanco, who has experience in Michelin Star restaurants located in central London. He has worked with some of the best chefs in the world like Yotam Ottolengui, Masaki Suguisaki, Mark Hix or the Galvin brothers. Also, he works in five-star hotels such as Kempinski and Hilton, establishments awarded prizes for the best Japanese cuisine, modern kitchens of French culinary type and has been executive head in the kitchen of catering production of Apple UK.
