The Casting & Mechanical Plant "SKAD" was founded in 2002 in Siberian city of Divnogorsk, Krasnoyarsk region. The first wheel was casted in 2004. Since then, the company has passed through many quality and progressive changes that are connected with rapid growth and development. In 2005, our plant was certified with a range of ISO standards. Such radical development led the enterprise to success – in 2008 SKAD was recognized as the priority supplier of Ford Motor Company and received a Q1 certificate. Shortly, SKAD began production for - Volkswagen AG, Toyota Motor, Alcar Leichtmetalrader, MOMO Italy and to many other well known brands. Success of the company is entirely based on these fundamental principles: a commitment to quality and technology, creation of unique design, care of the environment, and, of course, we focus on your comfort. Our product range is centered on classic designs that involve innovative solutions in their production. SKAD is oriented at optimizing our business processes. It helps us make our work more effective. We work only with the best suppliers and developers; we constantly improve our management system and logistic possibilities. We use unique alloys for casting. An ideal balance of durability and weight favorably distinguishes SKAD from other manufacturers. We constantly control the structure of an alloy with accuracy of up to 0,01%. Our factory is equipped with high-precision machining complexes. We only use the best components and painting systems. The whole process is automated, which excludes the possibility of even the slightest discrepancies.
