Simaru True Care is based in the Northern suburbs of Adelaide. Providing support to people with disabilities in maintaining as much independence as possible in their daily lives. We provide 24/7 high-quality care in safe and comfortable environments. We offer a range of services including personal care, cooking, meal preparation, cleaning, support enjoying community activities and many more. We understand that all our clients have different goals creating different needs. Therefore, Simaru True Care works with each client to create an individualised support plan.
